THE BENEFITs OF RECRUITING AN APPRENTICE…

Levy Paying Employers: Full amount will be covered via your contributions into the account.

Non-Levy Paying Employers: You pay just 5% towards the cost of the apprenticeship with the Government funding the remaining 95%.  Therefore, the maximum cost incurred would be £1050.

If you employ fewer than 50 people, the government will cover 100% of apprenticeship training costs (up to the funding band maximum).

You may also receive a £1,000 grant for apprentices aged 16–18, or for apprentices aged 19–24 who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or who have previously been in local authority care.
