Riverlinx Site Visit and Masterclass

Our Year 3 Apprentices visited Silvertown Tunnel project by Riverlinx on 11th October to gather knowledge of mass infrastructure projects especially in latest technologies behind the Tunnelling in a broader Civil Engineering context. Further they had a privilege to sit with the project team visited on LDE site for 3 masterclasses to enhance the knowledge.

This is counted under a students’ Employer Led Project ( ELP) and they are on the process of writing a portfolio to reflect on this project from design to socio economic and environmental considerations.
