Our apprentices recently had the privilege of a visit from Dominic, a Specialist Real Estate Manager at the Metropolitan Police.  This masterclass delved into unit 5 Health & Safety, specifically focusing on the impact of disasters on changes in legislation. building control and comprehending the powers of local authorities in the building and planning stage.  Dominic offered a keen understanding of what building control officers look for during inspections, touching on town planning intricacies.
